Q. What happened to The Beauty Club?
The Beauty Club has simply moved to its new home at Fresh Beauty Co. with a brand new website, loyalty program, more products from more brands and suppliers and as always still the best and most supportive Customer Service you can get, guaranteed!
We know changes can be challenging, but this is a change we are confident will benefit you, our very valued customer, greatly. Please read below for some of the great new features and support we can offer. We are here every step of the way in this change.
Q. How do I set up an account on Fresh Beauty Co.?
This is so easy to set up, we have sent you an activation email (check your inbox or spam folder), simply click on button 'Activate your account' and set up. If you did not get this email, please visit here freshbeautyco.com.au and simply click on My Account and register. You can register with your email, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Google or Yahoo.
Q. What happens to my current orders?
If you already have an order with The Beauty Club, not to worry, your orders will still be delivered to you and we will be able to assist you with any order issues that you may have. For any concerns or question about your current orders, please email us at support @freshbeautyco.com.au and our team will be happy to assist you.

Q. What about my account and order history on the The Beauty Club website?
Unfortunately, we are not able to bring your order history across to the new website. However, we have moved your account details to the new site. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like a copy of your order history. You can contact us at support@freshbeautyco.com.au
Q. What about my Membership, discounts and points?
As this is a completely new platform and Rewards Program, we do need you to activate or set up your account so you can start to earn all the NEW rewards, points and offerings, which we are sure you will find much more rewarding than your current program. As for your current points and active discounts, we are more than happy to transfer them over, just send us an email at support@freshbeautyco.com.au along with your full name, email address and points/discounts/voucher details and we can get that done instantly.
Q. I'm a paid member, will I get a refund?
If you have are a paid member or have an active membership, please contact us at support@freshbeautyco.com.au and we will assist you with the membership right away. We have changed a few things around membership, at Fresh Beauty Co. you can join our very rewarding membership program aka Loyalty Club for FREE and get the fabulous benefits highlighted above.
