Fresh Beauty Co. offers worldwide shipping and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $90, within Australia.
If your tracking number is coming up as invalid tracking i.d on the Australia Post website, your parcel may have not been entered into the Australia Post System database but please note that your parcel has been shipped as all parcels are dispatched within 24 hours at Fresh. Allow 2-3 days for the tracking to update as Australia Post may be experiencing a build-up of parcel volumes. Please be assured that your tracking number given is valid.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post e-Parcel Services, DHL, Aramex, DPEX, Landmark and FedEx and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to your chosen shipping address in Australia. Please note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. A signature and photo id is required upon receipt.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
