Follow the directions for use.

To open: squeeze smooth areas on cap and turn. To close: turn cap until it locks. Adults and children over 12 years: use morning and evening after brushing and flossing. Rinse and gargle 20ml undiluted for 30 seconds. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not use Listerine total care sensitive in children 12 years of age or less. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
