Plaque is caused by germs in the mouth and build up may lead to gingivitis, an early form of gum disease.

The symptoms of gingivitis are redness, swelling and bleeding gums.

Brush, floss then rinse with Listerine fresh burst. Rinse & gargle 20ml undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid.

To open: squeeze smooth areas on cap and turn. To close: turn cap until it locks.

Your oral hygiene routine should include daily brushing, flossing and rinsing with Listerine fresh burst, and visiting your dentist every 6 months.
