Narium can be used as often as needed and is safe to use with cold, allergy and sinus medications.

Spray twice in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a physician. Hold bottle and place nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert nozzle in nostril.

Depress pump two times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Repeat in the other nostril. Do not tilt head backwards while spraying.

Keep out of reach of children.
