Remove Pain Away sub zero professional cold compression bandage from its re-sealable packet and wrap around the designed area.

Wrap around injured area ensuring the bandage is not overly tight and overlap each wrapped rotation to avoid evaporation.

Fasten the bandage with the supplied clip. Do not cover the bandage. Make sure to allow air to circulate around and on it or performance could be impaired.

Remove bandage when cooling effect has stopped. After using & removing Pain Away sub zero professional cold compression bandage we recommend using Pain Away spray & cream products.
