Directions:

For adults and children over 12 years of age. Remove protective cap. With head upright, insert tip of atomiser into nostril. Holding bottle between first and second fingers, with thumb at base of bottle, depress firmly - Inhale deeply. Repeat in other nostril. Replace cap. Treatment to be repeated every 3 to 4 hours when necessary.

Warnings:

Do not use if you have glaucoma or other serious eye conditions.

Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast feeding except on the advice of a doctor.
