If you have had a facial or head injury/surgery in the past 6 months.
This test does NOT determine if you had COVID-19 in the past or if you have immunity.
The test can be stored at 2C-30C for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Do not use the kit after the date of expiration indicated on the package.
