How are pepitas made?

Pepitas are the seeds of the pumpkin.

They are dried and then shelled as they contain a white outer husk.

Add to trail mixes or as a nutritious snack. Sprinkle on salads, soups, muesli or cereal. Add to your baking - Biscuits, slices and muffins. Add to breads, crusts, crumbs or lightly toast with spices for a killer topper for just about anything.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
