Meta Zinc with Vitamin C is great tasting and contains high strength, bioavailable Meta Zn- Zinc bisglycinate, to help prevent zinc deficiency in adults. Meta Zinc with Vitamin C has the following benefits: - Zinc, vitamin C and activated B6 helps maintain a healthy immune system and supports minor wound healing. - Zinc and vitamin C support male reproductive system health. - Zinc can relieve skin inflammation. At the acute dose, vitamin C can also help to reduce the duration of the common cold in adults and teenagers.

Children 4 to 13 years for immune support: Add 1 /4 metric teaspoon (0.95 g) to 100 mL of water once daily with food. Drink immediately.

Adults and teenagers: Acute: Add 1 /2 metric teaspoon (1.9 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily with food. Drink immediately.

Maintenance: Add 1/2 metric teaspoon (1.9 g) to 200 mL of water once daily with food. Drink immediately. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30�C.
